Plumbing

Pipes, taps, toilets, water tanks, leaks and drainage. A technician finds what is wrong first, so you are quoted for the real problem.

What we do

Pipes and fittings

New pipework, and old pipes or fittings replaced.

Taps, toilets and showers

Fitted, replaced or repaired, with the joints checked.

Water tanks and pumps

Tank and pump work, so water reaches where you need it.

Leaks and drainage

Leaks traced and fixed, and blocked or slow drains cleared.

Typical jobs

  • A leak in a wall, ceiling or under a sink.
  • A blocked or slow drain.
  • A new tap, toilet or shower to fit.
  • A water tank or pump that no longer fills the taps.

What the inspection checks

  • Where the water is coming from, and any stains or damp.
  • The pipes and fittings and what condition they are in.
  • The tank and the pump, if you have them.
  • The drains and how the water leaves the place.
  • Whether anything has to be opened up, and access to it.

After the visit you read an inspection report, then a quote with materials, delivery and labour as one total. You decide after you have seen both.

Questions people ask

All questions

What should I do while I wait for the inspection?

If water is running and it is safe to reach, turn it off at the tap, the main or the tank, and take pictures of the leak and the area around it.

Can you find a leak I cannot see?

The technician looks for the source at the inspection and writes what was found in the report.

Can you fit a new tank or pump?

Yes. Choose plumbing and say what you want fitted and where. The inspection checks the place before you get a quote.

Start with an inspection.

You see the inspection fee before you pay it, and it is taken off your quote if you go ahead. If you say no, nothing is charged.
